Inspired by the popular children’s book by Dr Seuss, Green Eggs And Kale (GEAK) is meant to encourage us to eat that leafy green that is so versatile and good for us. Our mission is to give more support to local agriculture while highlighting the ingenuity of local chefs. Started last year, GEAK is an initiative of Jeff Shell’s Green Valentine project in collaboration with Urban Harvest.
